Get API Key

To access the Miragek Quote API, you first need to obtain an API key. The fastest way to get your key is from the Miragek official website under the account sessions → APIs → MiraQuotes. This key serves as your unique identifier and allows you to authenticate your requests. Follow these detailed steps to get your API key:

1. Sign Up:​

  • Visit miragek.com/signup to create an account if you don’t already have one.
  • Fill in the required fields, including your email address and password.
  • After completing the registration form, check your email for a confirmation link to verify your account.

2. Log In:​

  • Once your account is verified, head back to the [miragek.com/signin](https://miragek.com/signin and enter your credentials.
  • Click the "Log In" button to access your account.

3. Access API Keys:​

  • After logging in, navigate to the API section in your user dashboard.
  • Look for the “APIs” tab, which will take you to the section where you can manage your API keys.

4. Generate a New Key:​

  • In the APIs section, click on MiraQuote and then; on the "Generate API Key" button.
  • Your new key will be displayed on the screen, usually in a text box.
  • Make sure to copy this key and keep it safe, as you will need it to authenticate your API requests.
  • If you ever need to regenerate your key, you can do so from this section.

Important Note:​

  • Treat your API key like a password. Do not share it publicly or expose it in client-side code. If you believe your API key has been compromised, regenerate it immediately from your dashboard. Misusing this key might lead to automatic deactivation by our security systems.
No Limit

You can use your api keys anyhow and anytime without limits. However, for security reasons, you cannot share your key with anyone. aside that, we would temporary block any ip address we tag as abuse for an hour only.
